Truescents LLC Captures 16,000 Advertising
Responses with FormRouter

CARY, N.C. (July 14, 2004) – FormRouter, Inc., announced
today that Truescents LLC, a leading specialty bath product
manufacturer, implemented FormRouter’s FastTrack Service
to capture responses from a national advertising campaign.
FastTrack provides full service online form building, hosting
and data routing.

By utilizing an online form as the response mechanism to
the advertising campaign, Truescents was able to capture complete
contact information. With a FormRouter-enabled form and no
programming, responses were seamlessly captured into a database
for future marketing campaigns. Previous forms on the Truescents
Website routed responses to customer service via E-mail. While
this approach had worked in the past, E-mail was not an ideal
method for managing thousands of responses. Truescents required
a database and didn’t want to cut and paste or re-key
thousands of responses.
