Initiatives
CARY, N.C. (November 19, 2003) Following the release
of FormRouter.NET last week, FormRouter, Inc., an innovator
in forms automation, today announced that the company has
closed its first round funding of $1 million. FormRouter is
using these funds to promote their new release, FormRouter.NET.
This latest release of leading technology helps organizations
to create and host forms online and retrieve responses directly
to their desktop databases without any programming. Funds
were raised privately through friends and family who recognized
the opportunity FormRouter represents and have had success
investing with FormRouters CEO in previous ventures,
including ABC Technologies which was acquired by SAS Institute
in March 2002.
This initial funding will help us create awareness
for FormRouters services, says Chris Pieper, Chairman
and CEO of Formrouter. Weve worked with over 40
customers to fine tune our first release and now bring our
services to the next level with this latest offering. Were
excited about showing form users how we can enable their processes
to be more efficient.
FormRouter launched their new service at the PDFSM Conference
in Anaheim, California on November 10, 2003.
We want to let as many people know about our services
so they can begin realizing the benefits of FormRouter,

December, were offering 16 Web seminars that show how
