With a FormRouter account, even the non-technical can instantly serve up online forms directly linked to AdWords or Websites.

Form responses can then be downloaded into a database or CRM system for tracking and follow-up. FormRouter make the setup painless.



Step 1: Build a response form
Included in every FormRouter account is a tool called the Simple Form Builder. Use this tool to build online forms in minutes. Alternatively, your Webmaster could use their favorite web development tool to build the form.

Step 2: Build a response alert
Included in every FormRouter account is an alert builder. One of the alerts offered is an E-mail alert.

Step 3: Link the form to Google AdWords or Websites
After a form is built in your FormRouter account a link is automatically generated. Links to forms can be cut and pasted into Google AdWords or Websites.

Step 4: Capture responses to a database automatically
FormRouter’s client tool can automatically write online form responses securely into database or MS Outlook.

Optional Step: Google Conversion tracking
The Google AdWord system has a feature that allows you to track AdWord clicks that convert into leads. This lets you know the what words are the most effective in driving response to your offering.

To take advantage of this feature, simply paste to code provided by Google for conversion tracking into the “Thank You” page for your forms in your FormRouter account. FormRouter staff will be glad to help you.

The next time someone fills out one of your response forms, the Google conversion tracker will be updated to the event.

Optional Step: Capture responses to a CRM System (salesforce.com)
One of the alerts offered by FormRouter is a salesforce.com alert. Salesforce.com is the most widely used online sales management service today. If you have ever used a contact manager like ACT or GOLDMINE, then salesforce.com will meet your needs.

By adding a salesforce.com alert to a FormRouter account, you can drive form responses directly into salesforce.com as new leads. This provides you the functionality required to manage thousands of incoming leads effectively.
