Once you have a FormRouter Account, it is
an easy process to set up your PDF forms to collect data securely.
You can also send out e-mail alerts.
Step 1:
Build a PDF form
Once a document is converted into a PDF,
it then can be edited in Adobe® Acrobat. FormRouter provides
live Internet based instruction and written documentation
with every account to get you up to speed.
Step 2:
Build an e-mail alert (optional)
Included in every FormRouter account is
an alert builder. One of the alerts offered is an E-mail alert.
Step 3:
Link the form to Websites, E-mails
After a form is built in your FormRouter
account a link is automatically generated. Links to forms
can be cut and pasted into E-mails or Websites.
Step 4:
Capture responses to a database automatically
FormRouter’s client tool can automatically
write online form responses securely into database or MS Outlook.
Optional Step:
Build a secure payment alert
Included in every FormRouter account is
an alert builder. One of the alerts offered is a secure payment
alert.
If your organization has a Verisign or Authorize.net account,
then you can set up an alert that will collect credit card
payments when a form is submitted.
Optional Step:
Capture responses to a CRM System (salesforce.com)
One of the alerts offered by FormRouter
is a salesforce.com alert. Salesforce.com is the most widely
used online sales management service today. If you have ever
used a contact manager like ACT or GOLDMINE, then salesforce.com
will meet your needs.
By adding a salesforce.com alert to a FormRouter account,
you can drive form responses directly into salesforce.com
as new leads. This provides you the functionality required
to manage thousands of incoming leads effectively.
