Challenge:

DNA Genotek wanted to develop a form to capture qualified sales leads from their on-line channel. The objective was to develop an on-line forms that would provide the following benefits:

  • Provide potential customers a forum to request additional information, order test kits or to request a quote.

    Genotek needed an online form that could track where leads were coming from.

  • Capture all of the information in a database for ongoing analysis and metric tracking.

    Genotek needed to capture data into Microsoft Access for long term storage. Access allows information to quickly be exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis and tracking.

  • Creation of a form that would be flexible to address changing requirements.

    Because form requirements have a tendency to change over time, it was important to select a solution that allowed for rapid modifications.

  • The option to collect online-payments in the future.

    Genotek did not want to be trapped into a solution that would not grow with their needs.
